BLET members last week ratified a new three-year agreement with the Delaware & Hudson Railway. The agreement covers the period from August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2027, and provides general wage increases of 4.5% for 2024, 4.0% for 2025, and 3.75% for 2026. There are no changes to work rules or health & welfare benefits.
“These increases provided compounded wage growth over the life of the agreement while maintaining the integrity of existing agreements and practices,” said General Chairman Ben Martin.
The BLET’s D&H membership belongs to Division 87 in Green Island, N.Y., which is a part of the CPR-D&H/PanAm (ST)-SL&A General Committee of Adjustment. Negotiations were led by General Chairman Martin, Division 87 Local Chairman Ryan Crossman, and National Vice President James Logan.
