Digital Platforms and Technology Department

The Digital Platforms and Technology Department supports the technology systems that help support the work of the BLET National Division and subordinate units. The department develops and maintains internal and member-facing applications, oversees key digital platforms and services, and works with departments throughout the organization to improve processes, solve problems, and support day-to-day operations. The department also supports the Education and Training Department by providing the technology platforms and services used to deliver, manage, and enhance member learning opportunities and resources.

The department provides technology planning, project leadership, and business analysis services by helping identify organizational needs and translating them into practical, reliable, and secure solutions.
