Shane Bragg was reelected Chairman of the Oklahoma State Legislative Board during its quadrennial meeting on April 29. Bragg is a member of BLET Division 578 (Tulsa, Okla.) who has served as Chairman since 2022. The BLET’s Oklahoma State Legislative Board represents more than 450 active and retired members from six BLET Divisions.
All officers of the Board were reelected, including: 1st Vice Chairman Clay Poslick, Division 523 (Chickasha, Okla.); Secretary-Treasurer Lonnie Pitner, BLET Division 523 (Chickasha, Okla.); Alternate Secretary-Treasurer Jeremy Matthews, Division 721 (Enid, Okla.); and Alternate Chairman Shane Wooten, Division 569 (Heavener, Okla.). Elected to serve as Trustees are: Chad Gambel, Division 604 (Madill, Okla.); Shane Wooten, Division 569 (Heavener, Okla.); and John Guess, Division 141 (Oklahoma City, Okla.). Brother Pitner has served as Secretary-Treasurer since 2012.
During the meeting, presentations were given by BLET First Vice President Gary Best and BLET Director of Regulatory Affairs Christy Smith.
