This year’s meeting expands beyond the traditional format, with added programming and new opportunities for member participation throughout the week. Expanded Programming for 2026
In direct response to member feedback, the 2026 Regional Meetings will feature expanded programming that includes: open membership forums; face-to-face discussions with National Division leadership; organizing and engagement workshops; and practical sessions on discipline, benefits, and member representation.
The expanded programming is designed to provide value for all attendees and will be held in addition to the traditional training workshops for Local Division officers.
Tentative Meeting Schedule
• Monday, July 13: Arrival, registration, and welcome reception
• Tuesday, July 14: Opening ceremonies and closed meetings for BLET members only
• Wednesday, July 15: Optional golf outing and full agenda of new workshops for non-golfers
• Thursday, July 16: Traditional workshops for Local Chairmen, Secretary-Treasurers, and Legislative Representatives; Also, insurance and retirement benefits seminars
• Friday, July 17: Travel Day
Registration Information
There is no cost for BLET members who wish to attend the core meeting sessions and workshops. Optional event packages, meal functions, and social events are available for an additional fee. Full registration details, including package options and pricing, are available at bletregionals.org.
