Registration is now open for the BLET Eastern Regional Meeting, which will be held in Chicago, August 24-28. Just like this year’s Western Regional Meeting scheduled to be held in New Orleans, the Chicago Regional meeting will expand beyond the traditional training format and offer added programming and new opportunities for member participation throughout the week.
Expanded programming will include: open membership forums; face-to-face discussions with National Division leadership; organizing and engagement workshops; and practical sessions on discipline, benefits, and member representation. This is in addition to traditional training workshops for Local Chairmen, Secretary-Treasurers and Legislative Representatives.
Chicago hotel and registration details are available at bletregionals.org. Early reservations are encouraged to secure the group rate and ensure availability.
